Vidya Vistar Scheme
The Vidya Vistar Scheme was launched by University of Delhi to further the vision of the NEP, 2020. The scheme proposes setting up of collaborative academic and capacity building efforts between the colleges/departments of University of Delhi and institutions of higher education located in remote areas of the country. The idea is to create a well-connected and supportive environment for higher education by maximizing the resources available at each institution.
Objectives of Vidya Vistar Scheme
· Expertise, knowledge and experience of the faculty members
· Resources in the library
· Other academic facilities
As a part of this important effort, the Institute of Home Economics has signed a MoU of collaboration with Government Zirtiri Residential Science College, Aizwal Mizoram in 2022. We look forward to a fruitful association between both the colleges.
