RESOURCE ROOM (B.EI.Ed.)

Besides a well-stocked library, the Resource Room of the Department of Elementary

Education at IHE has several other resources in the form of children’s literature, books on

specific subject areas, teaching learning materials, films, documentaries and audio-visual

material. The room is well-furnished and can accommodate up to thirty students at a time.

The faculty at the department have been very active and thoughtful in upgrading and

enriching the resource room since its establishment. Students can get books issued from the

resource room through a well-established book issue policy. Besides being utilized as a

reading space, the resource room is often utilized by students for doing group work, practical

assignments and developing teaching-learning materials.
