he college successfully runs Nursery School, Aarambh under the guidance of expert faculty from the Department of Human Development and Childhood Studies. Through this centre, the department affirms its approach towards holistic child development and education – by creating meaningful and positive childhood experiences and a stimulating environment for children. The central vision of Aarambh is to focus on learning by providing a range of activities to foster physical-motor, cognitive, language, social-emotional development and creativity of children.

At Aarambh, we try to engage children in a range of extra-curricular activities and co-curricular activities; celebrating festivals, providing stage exposure, excursions, picnics and sports. The Department frequently organises workshops on various issues relevant to‘children’ and “parenting young children”. We all are witnessing an unprecedented situation with the global outbreak of the pandemic. As schools continue to be shut down due to this; we at Aarambh do not want it to become a barrier obstructing the learning process of the children. Aarambh, therefore plans to go online with activities and workshops for children and parents for fostering the holistic development of the child.
